When we purchased a fixer-upper a couple years ago, I knew the kitchen would be the hardest part to remodel. It was original to the house, which meant that all the cabinets, appliances and even the counter tops were from 1980. Needless to say, we needed someone with vision and not just carpentry abilities. Luckily, we found both in Carson! Carson is knowledgeable, reliable and fun to work with. Not only did he build us the most beautiful and functional custom cabinets I’ve ever seen, but he was with me every step of the way during the planning process. He came up with creative ideas to work with our kitchen’s awkward layout and truly created the modern masterpiece we dreamed of. I am in love with my kitchen thanks to Carson, Serenity Cabinets and Starck Construction. I can’t wait to have them all back to do our bathrooms!

After several frustrating meetings with a few kitchen designers we gave up on the idea of updating our 30 year old kitchen until we incidentally met Carson. During a casual meeting at a social gathering he promptly saw our concept we were imagining and ran with it. After a few brief meetings at our home; his creativity and ingenuity quickly inspired our new kitchen and we were underway with our renovation project. The quality of his craftsmanship is superior. Redesigning our 1980’s kitchen has transformed our entire family living space. It goes without saying that Carson’s Serenity cabinetry is beautiful – inside and out. Carson’s construction is truly “custom.” Our new cupboards fit our original somewhat irregular measurements with virtually no wasted space. State-of-the-art drawer design has cured our storage headaches with room to spare. All my seasonings and small jars fit into one multi-layered cabinet designed and built by Carson, and our unsightly air conditioner is cleverly camouflaged nine months of the year. The original bulky fluorescent lighting has been replaced with sleek, nearly invisible LED task lighting that is one of Carson’s many specialties. From demolition to final touches, our 33 year old home presented many unforeseen challenges. Carson and Starck Construction were professional, responsive, and innovative throughout the renovation. The end result is even more beautiful and livable than originally envisioned. Whatever you can imagine, Carson can make it happen.
